This Colonial-Revival house was designed by Gene Fleming, a member of the "Louden Machinery Company Architectural Department." It represents the Louden influence on local architecture.

(The garage on the left side was added about 1982).

Roy started work in 1913 and was head of the Industrial Conveying Division by the 1940's.
